Kashmir Leisure Trip (7N8D)

From the capital of Jammu and Kashmir, today, you will be driving to the ‘Meadow o Flowers’ or Gulmarg. After today’s breakfast, this pleasant drive will embark through the winding terrains and continue till you reach the hill station town; during the drive, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Nanga Parbat.

Perched at a height of 2,730m, Gulmarg is ideally known as the ‘Skiing Capital’ of the country and is the epitome of natural beauty. Upon arrival, Check-in hotel in Gulmarg and followed take an enthralling Gondola Cable car ride to Khilangmarg where you will witness the amazing beauty and go through the tall pine trees of Gulmarg. The ride is itself an amazing sightseeing activity. Enjoy your moment here, capture your moments. You may also choose to have a 2nd ride to the higher altitude of Affarwat that will take you to 14000 fts from sea level. Back to the base and to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in the comforts of your hotel room in Gulmarg.

After breakfast, check-out and you will be driving to Pahalgam, also known as the Valley of Shepherds, is a straight 4-5 hours drive with stopovers on the way. Get to stop by the Saffron City and may opt to shop some and continue through the famous apple orchards of Pahalgam – Depending on the season you traveling you may be lucky to stop and try some freshly picked apple juice done in front of you. Its an hour more drive from here till you arrive Pahalgam and check-in Hotel.

After a freshen-up, you may walk on foot through the small and beautiful streets of Pahalgam and enjoy its calmness. Back to Hotel and dinner and overnight in the comforts of your Hotel room.

Pahalgam – The valley of Shepherds is a beautiful destination with numerous spots to explore. For today, you will be exploring the beauty of Betaab Valley, known for its beautiful location and for some famous Bollywood movies shot here. Continue visiting the Aru valley around 16 kms from Pahalgam town and head back. Post lunch, you will drive back to Srinagar and check-in hotel/houseboat. Dinner and overnight Hotel.

After breakfast, set out for an excursion to Yusmarg. Yusmarg, the meadow of Jesus is an alpine valley located in Budgam district and covered by snow clad mountains and meadows of pine and fir. This valley mesmerizes tourists with its natural beauty. This is also popular for horse riding, fishing and for skiing during winter. After spending some quality time, return back to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Srinagar – Sonamarg Day trip. One beautiful destination in the whole of Kashmir that always is a bliss to eyes. After breakfast moves out for Sonamarg, a 3-4 hour drive from Srinagar. Arriving here, enjoy the blissful view of the Thajiwas glacier and the mount. May opt for horseback rides to get closer (optional and self-pay). Back To Srinagar and to the comforts of your room.

A full day touring the highlights of City Srinagar. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens, Nishat and the Shalimar Gardens, visit the Shankaracharya temple if you wish to., Visit the age old Pari Mahal and also get a moment to drive through the downtown and visit the Jama mosque. Here, take a moment walking around the market and enjoy some very local experience which is not common among tourists. Back to hotel and overnight.

After breakfast, have a timely transfer to the airport for onwards Journey.
