Day Schedule: From the capital of Jammu and Kashmir, today, you will be driving to the ‘Meadow of flowers or Gulmarg. A

fter today’s breakfast, this pleasant drive will embark through the winding terrains and continue till you reach the hill station town; during the drive, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Nanga Parbat.

Perched at a height of 2,730m, Gulmarg is ideally known as the ‘Skiing Capital’ of the country and is the epitome of natural beauty. Upon arrival, take an enthralling Gondola Cable car ride to Khilangmarg where you will witness the amazing beauty and go through the tall pine trees of Gulmarg. The ride is itself an amazing sightseeing activity. Enjoy your moment here, capture your moments. You may also choose to have a 2nd ride to the higher altitude of Affarwat that will take you to 14000 fts from sea level. In a few hours get ready to head back to the base and we drive back to Srinagar, where you will have dinner and overnight in the comforts of your hotel rooms.

Day Schedule: We will begin our trip towards Pahalgam and drive on the National Highway 1A. This road connects the Valley to the rest of the country. We drive past the saffron fields of Pampore, the marvellous ruins of Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir. You can even sample a few exotic breads sold by vendors near the road. We switch the national highway at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam we check in at the hotel and later do some nature walks to unwind ourselves. Dinner and overnight Hotel Pahalgam.

Day Schedule: After morning breakfast, You will have a while getting ready to move out to explore Pahalgam. Board the Vehicle and start for the Betaab Valley, known for many Bollywood movies shot here. Enjoy moments here and continue driving ahead to Aru Valley or Valley. Aru Village is a base to many trek expeditions, be it the famous Tarsar-Marsar mountain lakes or the Kolahoi Glacier Trek, all start here from Aru. Explore this village and hike up to see the mesmerizing beauty surrounding Aru. Horse riding is also an option you may self-pay and try a short one. Back to the base and you start your drive back to Srinagar. Check-in hotel, dinner and overnight in the comforts of your room.

Day Schedule: Srinagar to Sonamarg for a Daytrip. Enroute see Hazratbal Shrine, Gagangir Tourist Village. The drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg is very beautiful as you will pass through some towns and villages, at many places you can enjoy the view of paddy fields with rivers flowing on one side. In Sonamarg you can visit Thajwas Glacier which is around 4 Kms from Sonamarg; a local taxi has to be hired for it. The name Sonamarg is derived from two Kashmiri words “Son” & “Marg” which means “Gold” & “Meadow”, when put together it means “Meadow of Gold”. Return to Srinagar in the evening after enjoying your day. Overnight stay Srinagar.
